The old farmhouse, carefully renovated, consists of two floors for a total size of approx. 160 sm.
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall with stairs leading to the upper floor, a large kitchen with dining area, fully fitted (4 gas fires, electric oven, hood, dish-washer), a large living-room with open fire and two sofas, one of them a sofa-bed, and an utility room with WC.
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one equipped with tub, the other with shower), two twin bedrooms (the beds can be joined together) and another bathroom with shower.
From the outside portico of villa “I Gelsomini” you can accede to the entrance
big hall. Entering the house you will find on one side the door leading to the living-room, on the other one the door leading to the kitchen. In front of you, the stairs leading to the upper floor.
Another door opens into the utility room in the space under the staircase.
From the walls, plastered and painted light yellow, still rises a detail of the stone wall of the old farmhouse.
The entrance hall is furnished with a chest of drawers on which there is a lampshade. In a corner, there is a chair with cushions, the floor is dominated by a beautiful Persian-style carpet.
The entrance door is decorated by elegant yellow damask cloth curtains tied in side knots; the walls are lighted by two wrought-iron and glass lamp-holders.

Villa "I Gelsomini" is fit to lodge 8 occupants, not including children aged less than 3 years.
